Early Set Up Service

We offer all our customers our Early Set Up Service.

Making use of this service means we can have your disco system, options & Venue Paint mood lighting system set early during the day, as early as 12 O'clock in the morning.

This is ideal if:

• You require everything to be set before your wedding breakfast
• You dont want our staff to be setting up in front of your guests/dont want your guests to see the installation in progress
• If the access at your venue is poor and you dont want that issue to slow down the transistion from the meal to the disco
• When the wedding ceremony or wedding breakfast is to be held in the same room as the disco
• You have ordered a Venue Paint system and want to make use of it during the meal, as well as during the disco
• You want to order a radio microphone for the speeches and want to make use of our PA system before or during the meal
• You want to order background music and make use of our PA system during the meal

We have a simple pricing policy for our early set up service. We charge a flat rate of just £29 per hour for each hour you require the disco set early and we even charge in half hourly intervals. This rate covers the additional equipment hire duration and labour to attend your site early.

For £49 per hour we can, as above, set up early but also supply an engineer or DJ to remain on site to operate any options ordered, including radio microphones for speeches, the PA system, Venue Paint System if applicable and organise any background music requirements.
