We were delighted with the disco on the day. We got to choose most of the music we wanted via the library and therefore could choose based on the taste of our guests. 

Everyone commented on what a great disco we had. The DJ was particularly helpful in delaying the first dance due to an ill guest and also picking up the tempo to keep the party going. We were extremely happy with the service provided and will definately use Blackjack again if we have another party.

I think Black Jack have been great. I hired you for my wedding and I couldn't have asked for more. The DJ's were very friendly and put up with myself & guests requesting songs, dictating the order (in a lovely way of course!) & repeating 'Hold Me Now' by the Thompson Twins all evening which was great!

The lighting etc was great too. I have no complaints at all. The icing on the cake - at the end of the evening Hallelujah by Jeff Buckley wa played (on agreement & direction of one of my hens!) whilst the DJ instigated the human archway - which was unexpected but lovely as we got to say goodbye to all our guests (whilst having a few very happy tears!)

The venue had very frustrating sound limiters but the DJ dealt with the problems very well and was helpful and polite and professional throughout. He did a good job.

We were really pleased with our weding disco, the DJ was prompt and did not do alot of talking which is what we wanted. He was very polite and efficient and although we had a play list, he kept our guests happy by playing their requests, but making sure he did not play anything that we had requested not to be played. The disco was excellent and the DJ was very good. We were very happy.

I chose Blackjack Wedding Discos because of their good ratings on Hitched and I wasn't disappointed. We had a smaller set up for about 100 guests and didn't choose any extras because the budget was tight, so I wasn't expecting much regarding visual effects and equipment. But I was happily surprised with the quality of the lighting and sound of their equipment. Before the wedding their communication by email was excellent; questions were answered within 24 hours usually.

On the night, the crew were punctual and professional and the music selection was varied and had all ages up on the dancefloor at some point. I would highly recommend Blackjack as the all round service is great and the value for money is excellent - thank you to them for a stress free disco!!

Very happy with disco and service. Guys were late arriving but not their fault (A12 was closed) and they had kept venue informed. They set up really quickly so no problem. I think they did brilliantly - it wasn't an easy group as we had quite a few 'no way will I be dancing' people. However the choice of music even got some of them on the floor towards the end of the evening so they couldn't have done better than that! Definitely recommend.

A great night made fantastic by a brilliant DJ. A lot of people have said how good the disco was - good music, perfect volume that meant people could still talk without shouting but great for dancing too. choice and variety of songs was really good too.

Very personable DJs. Played exactly the right music. Particularly pleased with the 60s mix at the beginning which gave the parents a chance to really dance (but didn't ruin all the songs like jive bunny). The dj was not only professional but extremely personable. He obviously understood our worries, (is everyone having a good time etc)and was a calming influence on me while exciting all our guests.
