When do I have to pay the balance due?

The balance outsanding falls due 15 days before your event date. The balance due amount is debited automatically to the same card used to pay the booking deposit. This transaction is confirmed by email. You can login to your account area and change the card details stored, if you wish, to use a different card to pay the balance, to that used to pay the deposit. 

Credit or Debit card transactions are normally processed approximatley 48 hours before the balance due date. Please be aware that we charge an additional 2% for customers wishing to pay by their outstanding balance by Credit card. If your balance is paid using a credit card, the 2% charge will be charged as a separate transaction. On your bank statement we will detail the initial balance due amount first, followed by a second transaction for the credit card charge (if due) so you are fully aware of the actual balance due amount & the additional charge that has been made

Balance payments that are not paid/cleared by the balance due date are subject to an administration charge of £15

For balance amounts falling due after the 1st of April 2010 we are unable to accept cheques. Balances must be paid using a credit/debit card or bank transfer. Cheques sent to us will be returned to the billing address stored in your account area
