Do we need to contact you before the day?
No. You do not have to make contact with us unless you wish to do so. If the information contained within your account area is correct, you are happy with your request list and there is nothing else you need to let us know then there is nothing you need to do. We will arrive on time, in the correct place, on the correct day with your chosen package, options and request list.
We suggest all customers to login to your account area and make sure you are aware of your crew arrival time as this varys depending on your order and is only determined after your booking is placed. To view your crew arrival time and full booking details please click here.
However, if you need to make any changes to your booking (Package, options, start time, set up time etc) please let us know as soon as possible as certain time & logistical changes are not always possible to accomodate if made less than 2 weeks prior to the event date.
