You already have our first dance on your library, do we still need to supply it on a CD?

Yes please.  Regardless of whether we have your first dance listed in our music library, we always ask for the Bride & Groom to supply us the first dance, on CD, on the night. The reason being that from time to time the occasional MP3 can become corrupt (they are computer files after all) or even missing. Where as we are happy to use MP3's for 99% of the night, sometimes you just cant beat using good old CD's.

When it comes to your first dance it's just got to be right and we have found this method to be a 'watertight' solution.

The other reason for asking you to supply your first dance is that our music library is formed from the purchase of CD singles. More of our customers now purchase albums. This can cause a problem as a 'Radio Edit' or CD single version of a song can vary from an album version (length, explicit lyrics etc) By you providing the CD we eliminate any version problems.

If you are planning to make (ripp or burn) a CD for use on the night, please make sure it plays on a standard audio CD player (in a Hi-fi or car) and not just on the computer it was recorded on. If in doubt, please send it to us 2 weeks before your event so it can be checked for compatibility with our players. Once received we will email you to confirm safe receipt and playability.
