You look like a big company. I'm not sure you will be able to offer me personal service?
Yes. We actually offer a very high level of personal service. It's something we're very strict about. We always have been, we always will. We obviously are a professional company and we are bigger than the average '1 man band' sized operations but that does not mean we can't offer great service too.
All prospective customers are:
- Offered free & unlimited specialist help and advice via email or telephone, both before & after booking
- Assigned their own dedicated member of our 'Wedding Help' team for personal 'one to one' Service
- Encouraged to meet us in person at our offices anytime* during the day, during the week or on a Saturday
- Supplied with their own login area to manage/view your booking, costs, options, performance times & arrival times
- Supplied with their own login area to manage your personal playlist containing Do Play & Dont Play tracks
All of the above services are offered to all, at no cost, before booking, when booking and after booking.
New for 2010
- All customers (after placing a booking) will now also have access to our new Personal Preferences section. A great tool which enables you to tailor our service to your exact & personal expectations. For more information on this new service, please click here

*We operate an appointments system. Before travelling please call or email us to make an appointment. Our working week is office hours Tuesday to Saturday (our office is not manned on Sundays and Mondays)
